Have you ever felt like your identity, your relationships—or even your own body—were shifting faster than you could keep up?
Whether you’re navigating the highs and lows of motherhood, adjusting to the emotional weight of infertility or menopause, healing from past trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—this work can feel overwhelming, lonely, and exhausting.
You don’t have to go through it alone.
I specialize in women’s mental health across the lifespan, with a focus on life transitions, relational healing, and trauma-informed support. Many of the women I work with feel like they’ve been carrying the emotional load for everyone else, often at the expense of their own needs. They come to therapy looking for clarity, relief, and a space where they can exhale and just be human.
My approach integrates clinical expertise with somatic and body-based practices like breathwork, sensory grounding, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and whole-person healing. Together, we work to reconnect you with your voice, your boundaries, and the parts of you that may have gone quiet in the chaos of caregiving, career pressure, or chronic stress.
I have a special heart for women who feel unseen in traditional mental health spaces—those who are used to pushing through but are ready for something deeper.
This is your space to slow down, tune in, and begin again.
